Bacardí Cocktails

With auto-play in feeds and video consumption accounting for more than 1 billion views per day on Facebook alone, I wanted to break away from the typical drink image and recipe card and create something a little more dynamic to catch viewers’ attention. The result is a set of meditative cinemagraphs that subtly capture the vibes that one could imagine enjoying these cocktails in. And for those inspired, links to the drink recipes were woven into the post copy.

Bacardí Tangerine Launch

We created three cinemagraphs for the launch of Bacardí Tangerine. The first cinemagraph reached 3.7 million views on Facebook after a flood of comments and shares of people trying to figure out how the bottles poured indefinitely. This ran before Facebook allowed GIFs, so I made a looping video to get around the limitation. I don't think people really understood what a cinemagraph was at the time, so the comments were quite entertaining.

Bacardí / Uber / GovBall NYC Car Wraps

For Governors Ball NYC 2015, Bacardí partnered with Uber to offer attendees a chance to arrive in style with free rides in various luxury vehicles. Wrapped rides: Maserati GranCabrio, Bentley Continental GTC, Mercedes S550, and Cadillac Escalade ESVs.
